19th century hitching post lamp, 1920's ambient lamps made from brass over copper, New York City subway ceiling fixtures, 19th century gate surround.

Using local craftspeople and with our years of experience in the home furnishings industry, we take items and transform them into one of a kind pieces you would be proud to put into your home.  We re-purpose vintage and antiqued objects into lamps and tables, adapting them from merely being decorative items into functionally designed accessories and accents for today's lifestyles.

As well as antique and vintage pieces, we cull from estates and auctions throughout the South to bring you the best  from America's leading manufacturers, sometimes 'Up-Cycling' them with fabrics and leathers from some of America's finest fabric houses.

Design Ideas

Every space, whether home or garden, is different and should reflect your personality and interests.
Express yourself in your environment with things that are unique.  Many of the pieces we carry are one of a kind and with some imagination and adaptation, they will enhance your family's lives for years to come.   Remember,

  • Reclaimed doors, especially in this region of the South, are many times heart pine, cypress, or long leaf yellow pine, and are perfect to adapt into headboards and tables.
  • Wrought iron is still malleable and can not only be repaired and re-purposed, but also adapted into gates, cocktail tables, and headboards.
  • Remember, local product means local provenance-many of these pieces have stories to tell.
  • These elements were built to last; before, 'built in obsolescence' was ever a thought.
